...and the same Word document viewed full-screen (even if you don't have Word installed).
Note that here you can vary the magnification and scroll through the document. You can also search for words and/or phrases.

Note that here you can vary the magnification, navigate to each page and search the PDF file for words and/or phrases.

Adding files to an index: select your keywords, select the files, supply a 'friendly' name and click the Add button.
If we are adding more than one file, the 'friendly' name that you supply will be given to each file along with a numerical suffix to ensure that each file's 'friendly' name is unique. (You can modify these names at any time.)
You can also quickly add new keywords to the current index as you are adding new files. (These too can be modified at any time.)
Viewing EXiF tags: here you can list and search within EXiF tags created in image headers of digital camera files.
Note that you can also view the GPS EXiF tags from GPS-enabled cameras, and you can search for files that match specific EXiF tag values.
Generating a printable report of some of the images attached to an index...
...and the resulting PDF file (printed to PDF file even if you don't have Acrobat installed).
Note that Indexer creates thumbnails and a table of contents for the report. When you export this report to an Acrobat PDF file (even if you don't have Acrobat installed), these automatically become PDF bookmarks and/or thumbnails.
Modifying an index's keywords is easy. You can add, delete or modify any keyword or use the speed-build option to drag and drop pre-built keywords into one of the three categories you have specified.
Re-assigning files in an index to have different keywords can be accomplished singly or in batches. Here you select multiple files in the index, then select the new keywords, then re-assign them in one go.
