You can use up to 3 sets of keywords for an index. Most people are comfortable with two, others absolutely need the full three.

Think big! Each set of keywords is best arranged with some coherence, such as:


These are your 3 categories. Within each of these there'll be your keywords. In the three drop-downs below are some sample keywords. These fit the simple categories of People, Places and Events.


Check the keywords in these three drop-downs, but note that in Indexer they're changeable at any time. You can replace a keyword with a new one, delete some, or add others. The aim is to arrange things as you want them, as simply or with as much complexity as you need. (Note how each keyword belongs in only one category.)
