Indexer gives you an Explorer-like view of your file system.

• point to a folder, viewing details or thumbnails, and preview any file - including Word and Acrobat files
• select as many files as you need
• select a keyword from each of the 3 keyword categories (or leave one or more category without a selected keyword)
• give your selected files a shorthand name (e.g. office barbecue)
• optionally add a brief comment that'll be attached to the entry for each file
• click the Add button and confirm the process

Each index can hold references to an unlimited number of files. Because you'll be using the triple keyword retrieval system, finding individual files - or groups of files - will be a snap.
